Returns Policy and Cancellation
We operate a 100% money back guarantee, if you receive your product and decide you don't want it,(as long as it hasn't been used) or it wasn't quite what you were looking for then we'll give you your money back. Simply return the goods to the address below within 14 days and we'll refund your money within 30 days, you will be liable for the postage to send it back. Further you will be credited for the cost of the goods less the cost of original postage. If you intend on sending a product back to us for whatever reason, please keep a copy of proof of postage and include your original order, We are not liable if the goods are lost in transit while being posted back to us. Please let us know by fax email or telephone that you are intending to return the goods for whatever reason with in the first 7 days of delivery, and then return them to us in those next seven days. We can then expect to receive the goods back with in seven days of your communication.details.

Due to the popularity of some of our products, occasionally we run out. If a product you ordered is not in stock it will be put on back order. As soon as we receive the items in stock they will be dispatched to you. If you are unhappy with this arrangement, you will always be offered the option of a full refund.
Postage
We charge a standard fee of £4 in the UK for postage, going up for bigger items to £6.95 up to £10 - windsurfers are quotable. If in stock you will usually receive the items you ordered in around 48 hours from when ordered. If no postage is added to your shopping cart at the checkout, we will hold your order until we can retrieve the delivery fee. We are not liable for import taxes or import duty on goods dispatched out side of the UK . This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any complaints you have, will be dealt with quickly, efficiently, fairly and in confidence. We are committed to replying to a complaint within 72 hours.
The first step in reporting your complaint is to inform us. You can either do this by calling our customer service number 01227 276566.
You will receive confirmation of your complaint within 72 hours and a member of our customer services dept will be assigned to your case. The member of staff will then work closely with your self, in resolving the complaint until both parties are happy with the outcome. We aim to resolve any complaint within 5 working days.
